HL-402 Strong Acidic Styrene Anion Exchange Resin

HL-402 is gel type strongly acidic anion exchange resin with highly regeneration capacity, easily washing .HL-402 specifically designed for the demineralization of water system, treatment  waster water, making pure-water and wet metallurgy,separation rare elements.

This product accord with qualification of China nation and trade standard.

Suggested Operating Conditions:

1. PH scope: 1 – 14

2.Maximum  operating temperature: 60℃ (Cl^-)

3.Least height of resin bed: above 800 mm

4.Regeneration solvent thickness :NaOH（3 – 5 %）

5.Regeneration solvent dose:  NaCl（3– 5 %）volume : resin bulk = 1.5 - 2 ：1            

6.Regeneration solvent flow speed:  5 – 8 m / h

7.Regeneration contact time:  45 – 60 min

8.Washing flow speed: 10 - 20 m / h

9.Time for washing: about 30 min

10.Running speed: 15 - 30 m / h
