HL-120 Strong acidic styrene cation exchange resin

HL-120 is gel type strongly acidic cation exchange resin of the sulphonated polystyrene type and having highly exchange capacity,excellent machine strength and widely applications as so on.HL-120 has mainly used for  softening of water, making pure-water and water-dealing,wet metallurgy,separation rare elements,biochemical medicine.

This product accord with qualification of China nation and trade standard.

Suggested Operating Conditions:

1．PH scope: 1 – 14

2．Maximum  operating temperature: 120℃ (Na); 100℃ (H)

3．Least height of resin bed：above 800 mm

4．Regeneration solvent thickness :NaCl（8 – 10%）; HCl : 4 – 5 % ;

5．Regeneration solvent dose: NaCl（8 – 10%）volume : resin bulk = 1.5 - 2 ：1

HCl （4 – 5 %） volume : resin bulk = 2 - 3 ：1                

6．Regeneration solvent flow speed: 5 – 8 m / h

7．Regeneration contact time: 45 – 60 min

8．Washing flow speed: 10 - 20 m / h

9．Time for washing: about 30 min

10．Running speed: 8 - 15 m / h
